DESCRIPTION
Bagshaws Residential are delighted to offer this two bedroom mid terrace cottage to rent immediately. The cottage occupies a popular Peak Park setting in the historic village of Tideswell close to an excellent range of local shops and amenities. The cottage has been redecorated throughout, including new carpets and flooring and kitchen and bathroom suites.

This quaint cottage comprises; On Entrance through the front door a 'Storm Porch' offers cover for muddy boots and provides access directly into the Living Room through an internal door. The Living Room comprises of new carpets, wall and ceiling light, a feature fireplace housing a coal effect gas fire and a bay window with mirrored front aspect to allow a generous amount of light into the room. Below the bay window is a drop-down fixed table unit, the Living Room also houses a storage cupboard below the wooden stairs to the first floor and a boiler cupboard. The Living Room leads to the Kitchen, which comprises of a vinyl cushion steel effect flooring, newly fitted base and wall units with a granite effect worktop housing the stainless steel sink and drainer, a side aspect window is above the sink with the gas hob and oven fitted in between the worktop. Plumbing available under the worktop for a Washing Machine and space is available for a Refrigeration Unit. A stable door provides access to a small yard to the rear which accommodates the refuse bins and a washing line. Off the Kitchen is the Shower Room, which continues the vinyl cushion steel effect flooring, the Shower Room has wooden panelled and tiled walls, comprising of a white suite including the corner shower enclosure, a dual flush W/C and wash basin. The Shower Room contains mirrored cabinet and towel rails.

From the Living Room up the single flight of wooden steps to the carpeted First Floor Landing, which provides access to both bedrooms, the Master Bedroom up three additional steps and the Second Bedroom up a single step. The Master Bedroom is a generously proportioned comfortable double with a fitted storage cupboard and recess suited for a free standing wardrobe. The Master Bedroom is dual aspect, front and rear. The Second Bedroom is single aspect to the rear but also provides ample light through a skylight, the room is split level, with a single step separating. A double would fit in the room, but it's ideally suited for a single. The Second Bedroom also provides storage options, which also houses the hot water system.
