In the Bramble Court development The Cedar House apartments are the newest, built 5 years ago this property is still in excellent condition. The current owner has invested time and money in getting the most out of this apartment and has given it a serious style upgrade.
Set in Millbrook in Stalybridge, you are off the main road so its lovely and quiet, yet still with access to Stalybridge town centre within 5 minutes. If you enjoy the outdoors, then this location couldn't be better. A 5 minute walk one way and you are on the canal to Uppermill, great for a bike ride with a few good pubs along the way! And a 5 minute walk the other way you are in Stalybridge Country Park.

So, lets get inside. The hallway in this apartment is quite spacious, and has a large storage cupboard which has plumbing for a washer / dryer (excellent as it means you don't get the noise of the washer in your living area). Through and round to the left is the kitchen and living room. The living room has floor to ceiling windows so its lovely and bright. The current owners have also installed a stylish pelmet over the window and bespoke window blinds. The carpet is also upgraded and you can feel the quality underfoot. There is a dining area next to the kitchen where you can sit for dinner or entertain. Through to the kitchen; although it is open plan with the living room there is a sense of defined areas.
