Looks are deceiving from the outside of this property as you won`t believe how large each room is! lets take a look inside.

As we enter the hall which features beautiful dark wood effect flooring we have two doors on our right and the stairs straight facing, so lets see what`s in door number one, This large spacious living area is perfect to relax with the family and has beautiful features such as the large bay windows that allows the natural light to beam through, The natural stunning wooden flooring is such a treat and is complimented by the amazing built-in pebble gas fire, there`s nothing like the warmth feeling in your home on these cold evenings.

Door number two is the second large spacious reception room with bright modern decor and light laminated flooring, a built-in fire place which is only for display for the warmth in this room just use the gas central heating. Via the reception room we have the entry to the cellar and the kitchen, The cellar is as large as the living area you will have to view this room yourselves as I`m scared of our eight legged friends that may lurk down there so I`m afraid I haven`t been down to take pictures but what a great space for storage as I`m told!

The large kitchen has numerous cupboard space, with built shelving and houses the hidden boiler, access can be found from this room to the large 60ft long garden, perfect for your little ones to play safe.

Lets move on to the first floor.

As we climb the stairs straight facing us is the family bathroom, perfect for mum to lock the door and enjoy a long hot relaxing soak in the bath or for those late morning rushes take advantage of the over bath shower for quickness.

Next door is the first large, spacious (Bigger than a double) bedroom, even when you have placed a double bed and wardrobes in this room you are still left with plenty of floor space. In the alcoves either side of this room has full length shelving and storage cupboards, perfect for the kids reading books or toys.

Just down the landing we have the staircase to the second floor but before we explore up there lets take a look at the second large, spacious bedroom and wow this room is a little princess`s dream, All around the room we have built-in wardrobes with 8 x wardrobes, 14 x over head storage cupboards, 9 x drawers, 2 x small storage cupboards and a large dressing table with fixed mirror, who wouldn`t`t`t love this room?

But for the best room in the house which has to be mum and dad`s room is the fourth bedroom though to me it`s a mini apartment as this room is extra large, with beautiful light laminated flooring and an en-suite bathroom with a corner shower cubicle and a hidden storage cupboard.
