" A well presented semi detached home tucked away enjoying an end of a cul de sac position in this sought after residential location. With super extended family accommodation there are three bedrooms and a modern family bathroom with two reception rooms, a large conservatory, good size modern dining kitchen and rear porch with utility room and ground floor Wc.

The property offers a host of features and sits in spacious gardens being predominantly laid to lawn with established mature borders. A super feature of this home is the detached double garage set to the front, brick built under a pitched roof, there is window and door to the side, opening to the rear garden. An additional feature of the garage is the partly boarded loft space providing useful extra storage. The driveway to the front provides off road parking and there is further space to the side offering flexible potential for the home.

There are doors to the built in airing cupboard with lagged hot water cylinder.
