" We are delighted to offer for sale this detached family home which is located in a popular Poynton residential development. This home has easy access to the local primary school, Lostock Hall and is also conveniently placed for Poynton Train Station. To the front of the property there is a lawned garden area with mature hedging and access to the side and rear of the property. A driveway to the front provides off road parking and leads to the rear garden. To the rear of the house there is an enclosed garden with paved patio, raised area with decorative stone chips and mature borders with timber fencing.
