DESCRIPTION
Barnard Close is a quiet close situated on the outskirts of Macclesfield and comprises a handful of mews properties. This particular property is a mid mews fronted by a paved, well enclosed garden setting the house back from the parking area. To the rear there is private garden, laid to paving and decking, which is fully enclosed by fencing, providing a pleasant place to sit outside. We recommend an internal viewing of this deceptively spacious home. On the ground floor the entrance hall gives access to a good size fitted kitchen, a large understairs storage room and an impressive lounge with double glazed door opening onto the rear garden. At first floor level there are three good bedrooms, two being generous doubles and a family bathroom fitted with a three piece suite including a corner bath with overhead shower. The house is warmed by gas fired central heating run on an economic combination boiler and has double glazed windows throughout. A great opportunity for a first time buyer or buy to let investor, with scope for further improvements and the added benefit of no vendor chain.
