Millers Meadow is a quiet residential area located in the much sought after semi rural village of Rainow, which is surrounded by the rolling Cheshire countryside. This particular detached family home was constructed by Jones Homes in 1969 and is fronted by a tarmacadam driveway, with the front garden incorporating herbaceous plants and mature shrubbery. The integral garage has been converted into a good size study/utility with personal door from the kitchen. The rear garden is well enclosed and incorporates a selection of herbaceous borders and beds with mature shrubbery and pathways laid to shale. Internally the light and airy, generous accommodation has been well maintained, with modern uPVC double glazing throughout and is warmed by oil fired central heating. On the ground floor an enclosed porch with downstairs WC opens into an impressive lounge with feature Minster stone fireplace with open flue and access to the kitchen and dining room. The kitchen has been fitted with an excellent range of modern units, including a built-in double oven, induction hob and dishwasher and gives access to the garden and the generous dining room, which in turn opens into a uPVC double glazed conservatory overlooking the garden. At first floor level there are three well proportioned bedrooms and a well appointed family bathroom, fitted with a four piece suite including a separate shower cubicle. We strongly recommend an internal viewing of this great family home set in a quiet much sought after cul-de-sac in this picturesque village.
