" It is believed that the property was originally built around 1930. The accommodation has since been extended and upgraded to its present form offering good sized family accommodation with versatility. There is a splendid family/games room on the ground floor, which could be utilised in various ways depending on a purchasers preference. There are four well proportioned bedrooms on the first floor and a spacious bathroom with separate shower enclosure. Planning permission was granted in 2014 for the extension of the first floor accommodation (Cheshire East Council planning reference 14/0443M), though this has now expired.
