" Ingersley Vale lies at the upper end of Bollington, being one of the two valleys that merge to form the ?Happy Valley`. The stream flowing through the vale is a tributary to the River Dean, and in times gone by supplied power to local mills. Evidence of this remains with the landscaped mill pond which this property overlooks. The location is now a tranquil semi rural one within the fields, hills and woodland that form the valley.

This house was built in 2001 and occupies a prime location in the Vale having views across the aforementioned mill pond, towards hills and the local landmark ?White Nancy`. The house has accommodation set out on three floors including four bedrooms and a spacious first floor living room from where the superb view can be enjoyed.
