Having been in the same ownership since the property was built in 1956, this two bedroom semi detached property is in need of renovation and refurbishment and offers potential for further extension, (subject to obtaining the necessary planning consent), to create a delightful home in a peaceful location with the benefit of off road parking and good size gardens to both front and rear. The property nestles peacefully in the hamlet of Nether Alderley, which is approximately 1.2 miles south of Alderley Edge village centre which offers a wide range of high quality shops suitable for most day to day requirements.
