Radiators have been concealed, electric plug sockets replaced and the house has been decorated throughout. There are two large rooms on the ground floor, a stylish and first class kitchen/breakfast room and an adjoining drawing room with a brick chimney breast and wood burner and doors out to a decked terrace. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms served by a family bathroom and an en suite shower room. On the top floor there is the largest room in the house which could be used as a master bedroom suite or as presently used a recreation room and office with fitted furniture. Outside, there is parking to the front of the property and a garage which has a vaulted roof providing signficant additional storage.Directions
