" 5 Hall Lane is a well presented and spacious Edwardian cottage that was once two cottages set at the western end of a terrace of similar properties in an attractive location. Hall Lane is situated on the edge of the village and has a predominantly rural feel yet is within 300m of the popular village pub and about 600m of the well regarded village school. The cottage is approached along a gravelled driveway which leads to a parking area sufficient for more than six vehicles. The accommodation is arranged over two floors and comprises an entrance hallway, ground floor shower room, home office, sitting room and dining room with open fireplaces, a well equipped kitchen/breakfast room, separate utility room with a new boiler. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms offering views over the village to the front and the rear garden with countryside beyond to the rear.

Outside, to the front of the property the garden is laid to lawn with copper beech hedge, mature apple tree and flower and shrub borders. Side pedestrian access leads to the rear garden measuring approximately 80? in depth, professionally landscaped to a high standard by the current vendors with steps leading up to the lawn area and further paved entertaining area with the remainder of the garden laid to lawn with well stocked mature flower and shrub areas, raised vegatable borders and a large timber workshop.Directions

After the Beehive pub, turn right towards Great Hormead, past the village school, go past the village public house and Hall Lane will be located on the left. Turn left into Hall Lane, after approximately 75m turn left into the driveway. Number 5 is at the very far end. "
