" A well presented one bedroom ground floor flat with it's own garden. The property also comes with the freehold of the building. The accommodation includes a spacious living room, a good sized double bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. Outside there is a long rear garden with a large patio area.

The property is set down a quiet cul-de-sac with communal parking to the front and front garden. The property which was built in the 1930s is situated in Heathfield Road which is well located for the town and the railway station.

The walk to the station is a pleasant one, from the end of the cul-de-sac turn left on to Heathfield Road, then left into Stormont Road. You can then cross into Ransom's recreation ground which is a green and family friendly park. Then turn left onto Nightingale road and then follow the road round into Walsworth Road and there you will find the station this will take perhaps around 15 minutes.

The town is also in easy reach of the property via a short walk down Ickleford Road and past the very popular Vic Pub. The town centre has a full range of shops and the swimming pool and the attached Archers Health & Fitness Club .

Heathfield Road is named after Colonel George Augustus Eliot or Lord Heathfield. commander of the 15th Light Horse Regiment. The properties on the East side of the road were built during the 1930s and those on the west side were built after the war. "
