This is a substantial four double bedroom detached family home with versatile living space and a great sized south facing garden, ideally located just off of the popular Millennium Green, where riverside walks can be enjoyed.

The property stands within a good size south facing plot. On the ground floor we have vast, versatile accommodation including an 19ft x 11ft lounge with walk in bay window and feature gas fire, a 19ft kitchen/diner with ample space for a range cooker and dishwasher, and a utility room off of the kitchen with space for a washing machine and tumble dryer. Additionally, there is a downstairs cloakroom, an office and to the rear, a large L shaped conservatory which the current owners have updated with a fully tiled roof and spotlights creating a further large bright family room.

Upstairs are four double bedrooms all with fitted wardrobes and a family bathroom. The family bathroom has been recently refitted with a white three-piece suite, a heated towel rail and a Proof Vision TV in the wall at the end of the bath.
