This four-bedroom semi-detached townhouse boasts a great size south west facing rear garden, double carport and recently refitted modern kitchendiner. 

Situated in the popular Croudace development in Meppershall we have a much improved four-bedroom townhouse. The downstairs includes an entrance hall, a great size lounge with a large bay window to the front, a kitchendiner that has been recently refitted to a high standard to include an integral fridgefreezer, washing machine, and dishwasher and a breakfast bar. Space for an additional dining table leads to the French doors to the garden. There is also a downstairs cloakroom for convenience.

The first floor consists of two double bedrooms, one single and a family bathroom. The bathroom has a white modern suite with a shaped bath and shower over.

To the top floor there is a master suite consisting of a 16ft x 12ft bedroom, fitted wardrobes, an en-suite shower room, and a large cupboard on the landing which could easily be converted into additional walk in wardrobe space.

Arlesey mainline railway station is only a short drive away and the road links are superb with both the A1 and M1 being easily accessible.
