Full description:
3 Oakwrights is situated on the western edge of the hamlet of Clapgate near Albury and is one of a small terrace of three properties. The building was constructed about fifteen years ago by local developers of high repute, Pelham Structures, who are known for building properties of character and quality using traditional materials, particularly oak. The floorplan shows the layout of the accommodation, but noteworthy features include an attractive entrance hallway with oak flooring, an oak staircase to the first floor and a cupboard housing the electricity meter. There is an open plan sitting room with a modern Clearview wood burning stove and cabling for flat screen television. The kitchen/dining room runs along the back of the house and has a number of sky lights and bi-folding doors to the terrace, a generous range of wall and base units with Corian and oak surfaces and integrated appliances, as well as a recess for a range. There is also a first class walk-in pantry with lighting and shelving. On the first floor there are two double aspect bedrooms with good views and built in wardrobes and a family bathroom. The master bedroom is on the second floor and has an en suite shower room, fitted wardrobes and eaves cupboards.
Beside the property there is a generous gravel parking and turning area owned by the house and a garage en bloc. In front of the house there is a well stocked garden with hedging and shrubs and a rear garden, which is terraced, about 25ft in length with a laurel hedge and delightful open views. This is an attractive part of East Hertfordshire with numerous footpaths.

Directions:
From Bishop's Stortford proceed west along the A120 and at the Hadham lights turn right and follow this road for about a mile through open countryside until you reach some houses set back on the left and a pair of thatch cottages. Turn immediately after the second thatch cottage which is signposted towards the church follow this road along for about 300m and the property can be found on the right hand side. There is plenty of parking on the driveway and opposite in the village hall car park. "
