Close to three mainline stations including Mottingham, New Eltham and Elmstead Woods with Mottingham being 20 minutes into Central London and zone 4. There are buses close by that go in the direction of Bromley, Eltham, Sidcup and Chislehurst.  Close to A20 and M25. There is local shops and Chislehurst is only 5 minute drive away where there is lots of pubs and restaurants. Bromley town centre being a 10 minute drive. There are quite a few local primary schools close by.
