With its own street door, stairs lead up to the first floor to the flat itself. A wide hallway (2m by 2m) leads on to all the rooms.

The spacious recently installed modern fitted kitchen (5m by 3.75m) has an electric oven, a gas hob, a washing machine and a fridge freezer. Lovely views over the nearby church.

There is a large walk-in airing cupboard plus lots of other extra storage space inside including, in the loft.

With no flat above the flat, and being low rise, there is very little noise.
