It has a spacious living-dining room, extended kitchen-diner, downstairs w.c., three large double bedrooms, family bathroom, and a beautiful 70ft garden with seating areas and mature trees behind.

A high quality house in a lovely tree-lined road close to Charlton Station, Sainsbury's, Marks and Spencer's, and close to Blackheath, Greenwich, and North Greenwich tube station.

Viewing is highly recommended.

There are various fees a tenant is responsible for in addition to the rent payment.
