" This spacious flat boasts 2 large double bedrooms, a huge reception room with an attractive bay window and a period fireplace, and a stylish kitchen with integrated appliances. Outside to the rear there is a large garden for the private use of this flat and off street parking to the front.

Culverley Road is a quiet tree-lined road in the heart of Catford. Both Catford and Catford Bridge Stations are within a short walk. Catford Bridge Station accesses London Bridge in 10 minutes and Charing Cross in 20 minutes.
Catford Station access Blackfriars in 25 minutes and Farringdon in 30 minutes. Catford centre is also with a short walk offering all the usual convenience Shops as well as Bars and Restaurants.
