" Gorgeous Two Bed Flat with Garden and Potential to Extend

Attractive and particularly light and airy first floor purpose-built Edwardian maisonette in a quiet, one-way street just off Coldharbour Lane. It's very well located for Kings College Hospital and for fast bus links into the City and West End; Denmark Hill and Loughborough Junction stations are both less than 10 minutes' walk away. You won?t have any shocks with this flat ? the roof has been replaced, the walls pointed, the windows refurbished and the outdoor staircase refurbished.

From its own, private front door you enter the apartment from a flight of stripped back stairs that immediately bring you to a spacious and light hallway with access to the boarded loft via swing-down ladder. Many of the similar properties in the road have already converted this space into an extra room and the current owners have had quotes (call us for more information). The hallway itself has exceptional ceiling height and with the benefit of a skylight the sunlight floods in! At the front of the property is a very spacious reception with large bay window containing three sashes. The reception has plenty of room for a dining table and chairs, leaving room for sofa.

Adjacent is a large double bedroom with big sash window looking to the rear of the property, and then to the attractive bathroom. This has a white suite comprising w.c., basin and bath with shower and with noble navy tiles all around and small casement window. Next is the functional, as well as, good looking kitchen with wooden worktops, smart white units and pale green tiled splashbacks. The sink and drainer are by the window; there is plumbing for a washing machine, downlights and even room for a small table! To the rear of the property is a very pretty double bedroom with large sash window and space for wardrobes as well as a big bed. It looks onto the private garden, which has a lawn, vegetable beds and plenty of space for a patio and barbecue.

A well located flat that would be perfect for sharing as both bedrooms are of good size. Within a few minutes? walk of Camberwell Green and its myriad of buses ready to whizz you into Central London or grab one going into Brixton (about 10 minutes) and then hop off and onto the tube (Victoria Line). Denmark Hill station has fast and frequent trains going to Victoria and the London Overground line. Although this location is quiet, you won't ever feel ?out of the loop' as you are moments from the eating and entertainment facilities of both Camberwell and Brixton. "
