Taking the lofty top floor of a smart Victorian red bricked terrace, this classy one bedroom flat is larger than the average. Staggered over two half floors, the flat has a huge reception room, neat bathroom and a very smart kitchen too. There are original sash windows and the dΓ©cor is neutral throughout. Getting around is easy as Loughborough Junction and Denmark Hill mainline stations are both about 10 minutes away on foot.

Inside a well kept communal hallway and up to the top floor to the flats own entrance. Directly ahead is the eat-in kitchen, with funky deep red units taking an L shape along the rear wall, leaving enough space for a dining table and chairs in here too.
