" Enter this charming home to find engineered wooden flooring, very high ceilings and beautiful cornicing in the hallway. There are built in shoe racks and wall hangers for neat storage. The double reception room has been well thought out with a wood burning stove acting as a centre point, large hardwood sash windows with shutters, wall mounted lighting and various other LED feature lights, fitted alcoves for storage, not to mention further built in storage. Here there is plenty of space for a large L-shaped sofa, dining table and chairs.

Just off the reception room is the kitchen which is down a set of steps to the rear of the house. The kitchen is very spacious and light with skylights above and large double glazed doors looking out into the private and secluded garden. The kitchen floor is made of porcelain and has under floor heating throughout with white cupboards for storage and 20mm toughened glass work surfaces. The kitchen comprises all the latest Bosch mod cons including an integrated fan powered oven, gas hob, dishwasher, stainless steel sink, ventilated larder, storage and plenty of space for a kitchen table. There are also speakers which have been wired up for music. The garden is accessed by the kitchen and has western red cedar borders to really privatise the space. This area would serve as the perfect spot for al fresco dining on long summer days.

Up the stairs to the second floor are the other three bedrooms and bathroom. On the landing there is storage for ornaments and the bathroom just next door. The bathroom comprises a sky liner, a bath with shower above, heated floor, heated towel rail, sink, WC mirrored storage and windows. All three of the bedrooms are carpeted with high ceilings, built in storage and various large double glazed sash windows. Two of the bedrooms have ornate fireplaces.

There is a large area in the loft which has been boarded and insulated. This could be an additional bedroom and en suite and comes with planning permission to convert it; however, in the meantime is serves as a fantastic space for storage.
