" Past the lamp post and at the end of an impossibly long front garden, you don't find Narnia or Mr Tumnusn++ but you do find this three bedroom semi-detached house, nestled in its peaceful plot. This charming family home offers, off street parking, a long large through reception space, modern kitchen, three big bedrooms (plus a loft room), posh bathroom, a guest loo and big gardens.
Bexhill Road is a long bendy residential road that places you very nicely between Crofton Park Station SE4, Honor Oak Station SE23, Catford & Catford Bridge Stations SE6 all about a 10 minute walk. Very near to the crook of the road we find the hard standing parking space pull the car in, decamp and take the stairs, past the lamp post that lights your way up the garden path, home awaits. Enter inside to a warm welcome, solid wood floors are underfoot and the dn++cor is light and bright, a stained glass feature window that overlooks the stairs and bathes the hall with a whimsical multi coloured light, the guest loo is tucked under the stairs. To the left we enter the impressive through reception, dividing double doors can be closed to create two separate living spaces or flung open for that airy spacious look. To the front is the living area, complete with bay window and feature fireplace, the perfect spot for curling up on the sofa! To the rear is the dining space, with double glazed French doors that open up to the terrace patio, ideal for those hot summer days. The kitchen runs parallel. The Kitchen is arranged so everything is within an arms reach. Around Crofton Park Station there are plenty of little, quirky independent offerings to explore.
