" A beautifully presented three-bedroom Edwardian family house on a desirable street in the Westcombe Park Conservation Area that enjoys an abundance of period features.

This wonderfully light and airy home is in excellent condition having been meticulously cared for and maintained by the owners. You enter the property into a surprisingly wide and bright hallway, which is complemented by original tiled flooring and staircase. The accommodation is over two floors so there is a lateral rather than vertical feel to the living space. You first come to an attractive reception room on the left with a feature bay window and fireplace with a marble surround. At the end of the hall is the second reception room with another beautiful fireplace and patio doors out to the garden. Both of these reception rooms boast stripped wooden floorboards, ornate cornicing and ceiling roses. The modern kitchen/dining room is found between the two reception rooms and also gives access to the garden. A WC is located off the stairs halfway between floors. There are three spacious bedrooms on the first floor, all of which with original fireplaces, and the impressive master stretches the entire width of the house. The stylish family bathroom features a roll top bath and a double shower, and a second bathroom complete this floor. There is also access to an extremely large loft, offering potential to extend (STPP). An attractive westerly facing garden is found to the rear and is mainly laid to lawn with various mature shrubs and tree borders, creating a tranquil and relaxing setting.

Beaconsfield Road runs through the middle of the ever popular Westcombe Park Conservation Area. The house is conveniently located for access to various local amenities, only a short walk away from Westcombe Park station. Blackheath Standard and Greenwich Royal Park are both within easy reach. A stroll through Greenwich Royal Park will bring you into Greenwich town centre and transport to the City by road, rail or riverboat. Finally, Westcombe Park train station provides regular services into London Bridge and Cannon Street. For those considering schooling, the 'outstanding' Halstow Road and Invicta Primary Schools, as well as a number of independent schools and nurseries, can be found close by. "
