" An elegant Victorian semi-detached family house built c.1864 and substantially extended in 2006 to a total GIA of c.3908 sq ft by the addition of an Amdega conservatory and a two storey side extension which now provides a self contained one bedroom maisonette annex. Situated in a conservation area, the property retains much of its period character with fine period features preserved and restored by the current owners, including a handsome period staircase, decorative ceiling mouldings, and a cast iron balcony and balustrade to the rear reception room with steps leading to the rear garden. The accommodation in the Main House has a GIA of about c.3336 sq ft and is arranged over four floors. The Raised Ground and Lower Ground Floors provide generous and flexible living accommodation together with a guest bedroom and adjacent bathroom.
