" A very lovely Victorian (c.1878) semi detached, double fronted, period house in this wide residential road which is part of the Lancaster Avenue Conservation Area. Well located for all the amenities of Dulwich including Dulwich College, Rosemead and Oakfield schools. The property has spacious well proportioned rooms with good ceiling heights and retains some of the attractive original features. The Gross Internal Area is about 3041 sq ft (282.52 sq m) excluding loft. The owners have made several improvements over the years and have kept the property in good decorative order. At the front there is off street parking for several cars and at the rear a mature, landscaped south facing garden about 66 x 36 (20.12 x 10.97m). Additionally there is a roof terrace overlooking the rear garden. The loft (635 sq ft/58.99 sq m) has been partially converted and there may be scope for further space to be created both in the loft and in the cellar subject to any necessary consent.
