Charming and comfy one bedroom conversion flat, with tall ceilings, big windows. The bathroom is nice and modern, the separate kitchen it nicely fitted. All this and private off street parking has to fit the bill? Find your new home is large Victorian Villa just across the road from the world famous Crystal Palace Park.

Crystal Palace Road is lined with grand Victorian villas thanks to building boom of the era that came about with the furore of Prince Albert's Great Exhibition. This is a primo address running the side of this much loved park, the road is wide and tree-lined. You can park your motor off street at the rear of the villa. Take the front steps up to the beautiful double doors laced with ornate stained glass. Enter the well kept communal hallway. Home is placed to the peaceful rear of the raised ground level. Enter inside a deep pile cream tone carpet in under foot, the ceilings are nice and tall, the d?cor pleasingly natural. First up is the bathroom, a modern white suite is in situ, with shower over the tub, heated towel rail for cosy towels. The floor is a black tiled in contrast to the white tiles of the walls. Potter along the hallway and we meet the bedroom, a large and comfortable bedroom taking views to the rear, thanks to that stonking sash window, the tall ceilings harp back to the grandeur of when this was once a house. Next is the reception room again with those impossibly tall ceilings, the large twin sashes allow all that daylight to flood in. At the end of the hallway we have the kitchen which is quaint (despite the tall ceilings) thanks to the white shaker units and the vintage blue and white tiles that trim the back splashes, you have an oven, hob, washing machine and a fridge/freezer.

If you like Park side living then this is the one for you, and my, my what a park to live next to, there is an endless schedule of event for you to make the most of. How about some open air music at the concert bowl, or go on a dinosaur hunt by the lake, how about signing up for Volley Ball or some such at the Olympic Sports Centre. There is so much to do in the delightfully quirky Crystal Palace 'Triangle' with its Gastro Pubs, funky independent boutiques, craft markets and a great community spirit. There is also a large Sainsbury's to make sure the cupboards are full. Transport is a doddle walk through the park to Crystal Palace Station, for lines into London Bridge, Victoria and get the East London Line Overground. There is a bus terminal on the Parade too with plenty of routes to get you out and about.
