We are within easy walking distance of two train stations (Sydenham Hill to Victoria and Sydenham to London Bridge). We love the extremely high ceilings and lovely Victorian fireplaces. The private garden is an absolute sun trap and lovely to sit outside for coffee in the morning and even have a barbecue when the weather permits!'
