This ever-so lovely five bedroom semi-detached home is located in a quiet area of lovely, leafy Sydenham yet it's close to transport from either Sydenham or Penge East stations. The interior is beautifully presented throughout and retains some original features. Spread out in five bedrooms, two receptions, two bathrooms (one en suite), mammoth kitchen/diner and a private garden. There are plenty of shops and amenities nearby, including the fabulous Crystal Palace park.

From the hallway are stripped pine doors to both adjoining receptions with solid oak flooring throughout (both rooms can be separated off by the use of the elegant glazed, folding doors). The larger of the two has a square bay, creating even more space, and a lovely period, cast iron fire surround with intricately decorated tiles and plenty of room for sofas and other furniture.
