" View, Views, Views! Stunning views over the rooftops of Forest Hill in this sought after gated development with 2 beds, 2 baths, landscaped communal gardens, 1 allocated parking space, in this perfect luxury apartment.

The Manor building is hidden off Canonbie Road, which is a short walk to the centre of Honor Oak Park. Buzz the private gates open take the motor off road and into your own allocated space. Take the wooden decked stairs, which cascade's alongside the building, down to your entrance. Once your through the communal entrance, step into a pleasingly bright hallway, with its neutral tones, just off you have your living space, where you can reenact your very own scene from William Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet with a balcony overlooking the gardens, the kitchen is at the opposite end and is ultra modern and high spec. Back into the hallway, we then find the double bedrooms both pretty much identical but with one having the en suite shower room, that would be mine thank you! There is also a family bathroom which has a nice big tub and heated towel rail.

If you are after that all important school catchment you can't get much closer to Fairlawn which is on the left or St Cabrinis which is on the right! If commuting is your thing then Honor Oak Park is a pleasant (10 mins or so) walk past the beautiful One Tree Hill Woods for trains into London Bridge and the East London Line. The P4 bus route will whizz you to Brixton. Out and about, nip over to Lordship Lane, a 5 minute drive for fine eats and treats! To fill the kitchen cupboards there's a posh Sainsbury's on London Road (Forest Hill)
