" You will be on top of the world living in this outstanding apartment perched on the top of the highest part of Canonbie Road (and probably all of Forest Hill! the views are breathtaking!). Is this two double bedrooms, two bathroom, with a great open plan living space and off street parking.

The Manor is an exclusive development with a gated parking area and your own spot. Home is nestled in pretty landscaped gardens which also has a private pedestrian access to Honor Oak Road. Buzz in through to the hallway and hop in the lift to the top floor. Step inside and shoes off, you will want to wiggle your toes in that deep pile of the newly laid mink hued carpets. The master bedroom suite is ahead and enjoys beautiful views through the double glazed windows. There is a built in wardrobe and access to the good size ensuite. Carry along the hallway and we pass a handy storage cupboard and then the family bathroom. The bathroom is tiled in sandy tone tiles around the white suite, shower over the tub. Bedroom number two is across the hall and is another good sized double.
To the end of the hall is the open plan kitchen and reception room. The Kitchen is arranged to one end and is equipped with a oven, hob, fridge freezer and washer dryer. The living area consumes the rest of the space and allows you space for dining and relaxing.

Forest Hill Station has lines into London Bridge or hop on the East London Line Overground (affectionately called the Ginger Line) here you can change at Canada Water for the Jubliee Line. Or pick up the 185, 176, 122, 356 So that takes care of the commute for you. The big shop is taken care of thanks to Sainsbury's on London Road, Aga's Deli is across the road for fine cheeses and other such goodies. How about dinner at the Dartmouth Arms or pop into the Sylvan Post for some posh nosh?. Check out some live comedy or music at The Hob. Lazy Saturdays how about a mooch around the museum and gardens or take a dip at forest hill pools.
