Set on a quiet residential street in the heart of Forest Hill SE23, you'll find this great two bed period flat with laminate flooring throughout, set in a Georgian property and just waiting to be snapped up!

The reception has white walls and laminate flooring, a large window and a modern glass brick wall between the dining area and kitchen. It is a good size with ample room for a table and chairs and comes furnished with a brown leather look sofa, making for a perfect sociable space.

The galley kitchen and comes stylishly presented with white splash backs, grey laminate worktops and plenty of storage units. Appliances include a integrated electric oven with gas hob and overhead extractor fan, a washing machine and an integrated fridge freezer.

The flat has a good sized double bedroom with white walls and un handy en-suite, while the second room is a smaller double that could be used as a second bedroom or would make an ideal office space. They are both furnished with beds.

The property is very well served by transport. Forest Hill station is only a 15 min walk away (or 5 mins on the bus) with fast direct links from to London Bridge. The station is also on the London Overground line extension adding to already excellent transport links. Honor Oak station is a 20 min walk away with six trains per hour ready to whisk you to London Bridge in 12 mins along with trains to Victoria (35 mins), Crystal Palace (8 mins), Clapham Junction (26 mins) and East Croydon (16 mins) amongst other destinations and Honor Oak Park is also part of the overground. Catford, 12 mins away (Thameslink) & Catford Bridge (Southeastern) stations are also within easy reach making Sevenoaks, Hayes, Victoria (26 mins), Waterloo East (19 mins) London Bridge and Charing Cross (24 mins) all easily commutable.

For those that prefer buses there are numerous routes close by which travel direct into Central London including the 176 to Oxford Circus, the 122 to Lewisham, 197 to Croydon and the 185 to Victoria. There is free off street parking outside the property available on a first come first served basis
