      A three double bedroom terrace house built in 1910 that has been in the same family for 46 years.

      Newly fully renovated, including new electrics, boiler, double-glazing, plumbing (inc new radiators), kitchen, bathroom, guttering, thermal boarding to back of house, patio area and decor including front door, all internal doors and plug socketsswitches.

      Through the front door, you are welcomed into the hallway by a fully wooden parquet floor that continues to a through lounge and dining area. On the stairway, you are greeted with a grey carpet runner fixed with metal rods. Into the through lounge with bay window and two chandeliers, there is a newly fitted, working real flame gas fire. There is also plenty of room for a large dining table that would seat a family towards the dining area. From the end of the hallway is the newly fitted grey shaker kitchen with a Neff 5 ring gas hob with extractor and 2 Neff catalytic ovens. The kitchendiner also has a pantry cupboard for all those food items and plenty of cupboard space for anything else. In the hallway is a loft hatch with hatch folding loft ladder and light. The bathroom is in a traditional grey shaker style with metro tiles, traditional radiator, window, and medicine cabinet and storage under the marble sink.
