White kitchen with oven and hob. Replaced bathroom with shower and window. Abundance of 'residents only' off street parking. Ideal for Woolwich Dockyard Station and buses to Woolwich DLR (and future crossrail station expected in 2019) and North Greenwich tube station.**There are various fees a tenant is responsible for in addition to the rent payment. Our landlords require a one-off security deposit which is normally an amount of 6-weeks rent and this gets secured in one of the government recommended schemes for security purposes and upon vacating the property this is refunded, so long as the property is handed back in the condition it is found in (you will be advised on the exact protection scheme when you move in).
