This two double bedroom flat takes the first floor of a period property in a cul-de-sac wonderfully close to Peckham Rye and Park. There's also a smart shared garden (shared only between you and one other flat). The finish is of a high standard, with a neutral decor, modern fittings and recessed lighting.

Up a couple of steps then you open the shared main door into a communal hall space. Up a flight of stairs and through the flat's own front door, you enter into a large living/dining room. Carpeted in an oatmeal shade and with neutral decor (which continues throughout the apartment) it's a nice size with great big window giving super green views through the summer, and up to the Parliament buildings and Battersea Power Station in the winter months (when the trees lose their leafy attire). To the front of the property are two large double bedrooms, each with sash windows. The first bedroom also has extra deep storage cupboards taking one wall. Toward the rear of the property you'll find a bathroom to your right. There's creamy coffee tiling and a white suite including a partly sunken bath. As the floor has been very slightly raised to accomodate this treat you're also blessed with half a metre deep storage reached from the hall which means you've got storage for boxes etc. well out of sight. Ahead is a smart kitchen, fully fitted with integrated oven and hob. There's windows on two walls here and a back door to a flight of stairs leading to the shared garden. It's a good size of about 45ft. If you want some more greenery, Peckham Rye and Park is a 2 minute stroll.

The gourmet experience that is Lordship Lane is but a 10 minute walk, if that. If you're after a tipple with your dinner, the Rye Hotel won't disappoint. Buses are simply plentiful in this neck of town, or you can walk to Peckham Rye station in under 15 minutes for trains to London Bridge and Victoria. Nunhead station is even closer, only 5 minutes walk, for trains to London Victoria or Blackfriars.
