This is a delightful 1930's three bed, two reception house situated 7 mins from Brockley station on a quiet residential street in SE14.

The property has bags of natural light and benefits from an elegant reception room to the front with stripped wooden floor, alcove shelving and a wood fireplace with an electric flame-effect fire.

There is a separate dining room also with stripped wooden floor, shelving and a wooden fireplace with tiled hearth and ample room for a dining table and chairs. Go out of the sliding French doors and you'll find a lovely private garden laid to lawn with decking to the rear and pretty flower beds, perfect for enjoying those summer BBQ's. You'll also find a handy garden shed set on top of an original air raid shelter!
