Our property has two good sized double bedrooms, a new kitchen with a Rangemaster and a full-sized dishwasher, a toilet room and separate shower room with excellent water pressure and a garden with some gardening space and a deck. The house will be let with all furnishings, subject to discussion with the preferred tenant. 

The house is set back from the road and located off a pedestrian footpath and so there is no traffic noise. The garden overlooks Gilmore Park, which is a former orchard and has lots of fruit growing as well as wildlife. It is a very pleasant view when sitting outside in the garden and having a barbecue. The kitchen was redone in late 2016 and there is a big larder as well as a two-oven and grill Rangemaster plus a full-sized dishwasher. Since the photos were taken (May 2018), we've also installed a front window box and painted the fence in the back. 

There is plenty of storage. There is a ground floor storage room which has the separate washing machine and space for a lot of storage. Upstairs, there is another walk-in storage room with shelves and a large cupboard above the stairs. There is a smart thermostat (Tado) so you can easily control your energy consumption. 

The location is excellent. It is a 12-minute walk to Lewisham Station, and very close to the centre of Lewisham. It's about 4 minutes from Lewisham Model Market Street Feast. You will be within walking distance of all the major supermarkets, including Sainsbury's, a Tesco Superstore, Asda, Lidl and M&S. You can walk to Blackheath in 15 minutes, and Greenwich Park in 20 minutes. There is both Southeastern trains and the DLR, with very quick access to Canary Wharf. 

We are also very close to Manor Park. Manor Park is a nearby park with an excellent community cafe and many local events including yoga and jazz. The park has toilets, a gated children's play and a cycle path, and the River Quaggy runs through it. The park is a wonderful community hub.
