" SUPERB two bedroom flat with views over the CITY, SHARD and GHERKIN. Located moments from Kennington/ Elephant and Castle Station perfect for commuting into Central London....

This two bedroom flat has large fitted wardrobes and good storage space. Both with views over the City, Shard, Gherkin and all the other new architectural sights now popping up. The living room has a lovely huge window which makes the flat very light at all times of year, and the fully-fitted kitchen is semi-open onto the living room. The living room is big enough for a table and chairs to have dinner parties, as well as being a comfy place for just watching TV. The Kitchen has an oven and ceramic hob, a washing machine and a tumble dryer. The good-sized and nicely decorated bathroom has a bath with a shower, toilet and basin.

A caretaker looks after the communal areas and takes away rubbish from outside the front door Monday to Friday. There is also a communal boiler so there is always hot water available. The flat can be fully or part furnished.

Located in a quiet and peaceful low-rise block with a nice courtyard at the front. It is very well maintained and looked after. Despite being so close to central London, the area is very quiet and safe. It is a 15 minute walk to Westminster and the South Bank, and a 30 minute walk to London Bridge and the City. The closest tube is Kennington, approximately 5 minutes' walk away, and numerous buses are available within a short walk to take you into central London or the City. There are two small Tescos about a 5 minute walk away and a big Tesco 10 minutes walk away. The pubs and restaurants of Kennington Cross are less than 10 minutes away on foot.
