Amazing property split over 2 levels with a garden.

Right in the heart of Greenwich, providing easy access to Canary wharf (15mins)/London Bridge via nearby train station (15mins)/Green Park 25-30mins

The street is very quiet and private.

The external walls & internal ceilings are made from a reinforced concrete which guarantees absolute privacy and no noise coming from the neighbors or outside.

The space was redesigned by a well known architect and a lot of modern features were added (most of the features were hand made for this property) 

- Original stairs been replaced by solid oak floating stairs

- Concrete tiles added in the living room

- Handmade bricks in the dining area

- Biofuel modern fireplace by Planika in the living room surrounded by a concrete bench (ventilated inside). The fireplace is equipped with a child lock and operated by touch screen or mobile phone.

- Additional shoes/coats wardrobe behind sliding doors right by the main entrance door

- All floors are made from top quality engineered wood (8mm layer of the solid oak + 12mm of plywood) Originally the upper floor had carpets 

- Redesigned room with 2 washing/drying machines equipped with commercial dehumidifiers. You will never have to hang your washing inside of any other room. It takes 4hr to dry 2 full loads inside. 

- Replaced dishwasher and oven to A++ top quality

- Redesigned Cloakroom downstairs

- All bedrooms redesigned featuring concrete slabs and other unique features.

- Voice operated lights in all bedrooms.

- Garden been upgraded with a decking made from tropical wood. Additionally a vertical garden was built on the far end wall (Blooming time between May and September). Currently the plants are prepared for the winter. The garden is virtually self maintaining (watering system is automated and balanced between rain water collector and an additional inlet from the main water system)

All the space was completely redesigned right after purchase (purchased new).

The work was carried on to achieve a very stylish look which balances modern features with very usable and comfortable living. 

The living room space was extended by removing the original stairs. That added an additional 4x2m.

There is an underfloor heating through. The annual cost is very low due to high energy performance of the property. 

Ceilings are higher than average (living room 2.5m!)

The width of the property is very generous - slightly over 5m

All the living space is very generous though 

Optionally can be sold with all furnitures for an additional price.
