" This flat is in top condition, having been completed only in July 2014. All rooms are spacious with practical design and layout. Particularly notable is the large open-plan kitchen and reception room, with ample living and dining space. The kitchen has fully integrated appliances and good worktop space.
00
00The reception room is not overlooked thanks to its top-floor location and its position in the development, facing onto a private communal garden square and with no tall buildings opposite. There is also a generously-sized balcony, which will easily seat a family or other group and which offers wide-ranging views. The flat is in a quiet block, set back from traffic and well-insulated.
00
00All three bedrooms will comfortably suit a double bed. Bedrooms one and two have built-in wardrobes, and bedroom one has the added benefit of a spacious en suite shower room. The third bedroom can also easily function as a home office, having all the connections for fibre broadband and other audio-visual requirements.
00
00Unusually, this flat comes with an included parking permit, guaranteeing you a space in a secure car park with 24 hour access. This is an uncommon benefit, parking spaces for new builds being very restricted in this area.
00
00Building security is provided by key fobs, which restrict entry to only one floor, as well as a video entry phone.
00
00The flat is offered unfurnished but there is potential for tenants to purchase some of the existing furniture (much of which is under 4 months old) if desired. Also note that the flat will not be available until around 11 January (exact date to be confirmed).
