" We are absolutely delighted to be acting as the selling agents for this beautifully presented, 4 bedroom, detached family home in the much sought after area of Skomer Drive. Skomer Drive has always been a very popular location with families and working couples who need to be situated in a area with easy access to the larger towns of Milford Haven and Haverfordwest. The local comprehensive school is a 5 minute walk away and the primary schools are a very short drive. The popular up and coming Milford Haven Marina is also a much desired area with its range of restaurants and boutique style shops. The property was originally bought as a 3 bedroom detached house with separate garage and gardens. The current owners have cleverly designed the fantastic conversion turning it into a 4 bedroom, 2 reception room, 3 bathroom property with added conservatory to the rear. The extension was built by well credited local builders and add's an enormous amount of space to the property.
