" This semi-detached property is located in a rural location, a short distance from the village green and junior school. The accommodation is in need of a little modernising but offers spacious accommodation that includes three bedrooms, sitting room, kitchen, bathroom, separate WC and utility room. Externally there are lawned gardens to the front and side, paved area with raised flower beds, single garage and a greenhouse. Please note this property is of a non-standard construction, and that a local restrictive covenant applies.

LOCATION The property is situated in the much sought after village of Spittal, which is a thriving community, with a church, public house, and modern primary school with an excellent local reputation.
Spittal is some four miles north east of Haverfordwest, and just one mile from the A40. The glorious Pembrokeshire coastline and the Preseli Hills are within easy reach, and form part of the National Park, an area of oustatnding natural beauty. Also close by is Scolton Manor, and Llys Y Fran Reservoir and Country Park.
