CONSTRUCTION The property is built in a red facing brick under a concrete interlocking low pitched tiled roof. Gutters, fascias and down pipes have been replaced in white PVC and windows and external doors are in uPVC with sealed unit double glazing.
SERVICES Mains water and electricity are connected to the property. There is no gas supply to the bungalow, but this should be available in the road. A system of solid fuel central heating is installed run from the boiler located in the lounge.
