After approximately 3.2 miles at the next roundabout take the second exit onto the A6195 Engine Lane and after approximately 1.1 miles at the roundabout take the first exit onto High Street. After approximately 1 mile turn left onto Rockingham Street, bear left onto Brook Close where the property can be found on the right.
