" Located within the catchment area of Rotherham&180;s best performing Secondary schools this property would be the ideal family home. All amenities are close by and with excellent surrounding transport links commuting is no problem. Benefitting from NEW CARPETS, floor coverings, plastering and interior DECORATION a viewing is strongly advised.

Deceptively large, this property really needs to be viewed to appreciate its size. Downstairs briefly comprises of a large living room with feature chimney breast, electric fire and patio doors leading to the rear garden.
