VALUER COMMENTS Upon arriving at the property what immediately struck me was the stunning aspect this property enjoys. As soon as I stepped through the door the house feels warm and welcoming and is decorated to a superb finish. The kitchen is finished to the highest specification with integrated appliances, a superb granite work surface and is linked open plan to the conservatory creating a great living space for entertaining family and friends with an external door providing access to a block paved/patio area. The lounge is a fantastic room which provides an alternate family space and enjoys excellent far reaching views over fields. The master bedroom suite combines wooden beams and vaulted ceilings with an excellent luxury en-suite. The garden is beautiful and has an excellent lawn with mature borders, flagged stone patio area, summerhouse and is enclosed by dry stone walls. Only upon viewing the property can this outstanding property be fully appreciated. VENDOR COMMENTS The Stables were built/restored by ourselves in 2005 in the Green Belt designated area of Deepcar. The aspect of the property, with south facing garden and luxury kitchen/conservatory looking out over rolling hills and fields to Bolsterstone is wonderful and offers great indoor/outdoor entertaining and family-time opportunities, whilst the upstairs large lounge with its panoramic views to the north towards the village of Wortley all the way round to Bolsterstone provide endless hours of peaceful and tranquil relaxation time. This sympathetic restoration retains many of the original features of the stables and compliments these with modern luxuries throughout the new build part of the accommodation, and the result is a great and unique place to enjoy a high standard of living for either those with children living at home, or a couple whose family have grown up and visit from time to time.
