A pleasant 3 bed mid terrace property with bay window front & rear garden just a short walk from the main shopping area of Crookes. There are two reception rooms downstairs with and off-shot kitchen. The property is part furnished with beds and wardrobes in all bedrooms. The lounge however is unfurnished. Double glazed throughout with neutral décor. The property has had a full new roof in the last few years.

Location – Mulehouse Road is a convenient locality, lying just off Crookes. There are local shops and schools together with other amenities and regular bus routes with services through to the city centre. The location is extremely handy for daily access to the main city hospitals, both universities and the city centre itself. In addition, the location is handily placed for access to the Rivelin Valley, through which there are delightful walks along the nature trail together with a children’s play area. The Peak District is easily reached via the A57 which is less than half a mile away. Whilst the local centre of Crookes provides all amenities, there are further shopping facilities at Broomhill and the Supertram network can be accessed at Hillsborough.
