" Prepare yourself to be pleasantly surprised when you enter this terraced property. This home has been improved and extended and now stands out from the crowd as a one off house in Dagenham. The normal galley kitchen has been extended to create a kitchen/dining room, large enough for a dining suite to sit 8 people. There is a range of modern units and two full double ovens, the hob and extractor hood are stainless steel. The view from this room is of the rear garden which is approximately 50’. The remainder of the downstairs space comprises of a lounge and inner hallway that has not one but three storage areas.The first floor consists of two double bedrooms both retaining the original cast iron fireplaces offering a little bit of character to the home. The third floor is a loft conversion which has been done superbly to retain light and space. This bedroom has its own en suite and offers some great views across East London. Baron Road is within 5 minutes walk to Chadwell Heath Station giving you direct access to London Liverpool Street. Baron Road lies between the High Road in Chadwell Heath and Green Lane meaning there is a good selection of shops and amenities. Local schooling includes Mayfield Secondary, Robert Clack, All Saints and Henry Green.

We have done so much to this house. The main alterations are the kitchen and loft conversion. We love to socialise and we love to cook so having a space which we can do both in is really important. The original kitchen was far too small and we decided to open it up and extend. There is lots of cupboard space, enough room for all your appliances and you can seat 8 people easily - infact our table seats 14.7 years ago we extended the loft, its a lovely room with a bright, fresh feel and with great views. Infact you can see Canary Wharf and often we get a free firework display.
