" This is a great home for a family looking for local schools as this three bedroom end terrace house is located two roads from the Chadwell Heath Academy. Chadwell Heath is located on the Great Eastern main Line which is in the London Borough of Barking and Dagenham in east London. It is 9 miles down the line from London Liverpool Street and is situated between Goodmayes and Romford (Travel card Zone 5). Enjoy this spacious house located in an established residential area that sits close to schools. There are local bus routes available into Romford town centre and into London. Internally you are greeted by an entrance hallway which leads you into the spacious 28 ft length lounge diner with soft coloured wood effect flooring and neutral coloured flooring. There is a separate kitchen area besides the lounge that has access into the conservatory. The garden can be accessed by the conservatory which is laid with lawn and patio flooring.
